To find out the screening times for a specific cinema, simply add the cinema number:

To reserve tickets for a specific show at a specific cinema, simply add the cinema number, screening time, and the number of tickets:

SURESEATS G4 3 9:30PM 2
(if for example you want to reserve 2 tickets for the 9:30PM movie showing at Cinema 3 of Glorietta 4)

To cancel reserved tickets:

SURESEATS CANCEL <CONFIRMATION CODE or CLAIM CODE>

You may still cancel your reservation an hour before the screening time

To claim your reserved tickets, please present the text confirmation in your cellular phone to the attendants at the SureSeats Cinema Ticket Counter, and then pay for them. Please claim your tickets 45 minutes before the screening time of the movie you reserved.
