Step 1: Login to SureSeats.
Sign-up if you are not a registered SureSeats user.
Step 2: Be an M-Pass Cardholder.
To get your M-Pass Card, purchase a minimum amount of P200 at the SureSeats ticket counter.
Then key in your load code in your SureSeats account.
Step 3: Maintain enough M-Pass load.
Make sure to have sufficient M-Pass load every time you purchase your movie tickets
and movie snacks.
Step 4: Order online.
After purchasing your movie tickets at SureSeats, you may order your choice of movie
snack at the SureSeats Store page.
Step 5: Get your order.
Pick-up your movie snack at the SureSeats designated lane of the store upon
presenting your confirmation page and M-Pass card.
Food Order Guidelines
Customer must present his/her M-Pass Card and/or the confirmation code of the food
transaction to the store personnel at the M-Pass Claim Area. If customer failed to show any
of the requirements, he/she cannot claim his/her food order.
It is advisable to pick-up the food order 15 minutes before the start of the movie to assure
the quality of the food. Customer has until 1 hour after the movie has ended to claim his/her
food order (except for other merchants, please check specific instructions).
Food order cannot be replaced once it has been prepared.
If food order has not been claimed within the allowable period, it will be forfeited.
Unclaimed food order is non-refundable.
For food order transactions made for the Last Movie Screening, claiming is only until
15 minutes after the movie has started.
Customer can cancel his/her food order 1 hour before the movie screening.
